I honestly can’t believe how quickly this year has flown by.

Every December 31st, I find myself doing the same thing: looking back at what I hoped to do this year. What goals did I set on January 1? Did I stick to them? Did they stick to me?

Most of us have goals that are about taking better care of ourselves like more sleep, less screen time, healthier routines. And that’s important.

But I’ve found some of the most fulfilling goals are the ones that help take care of others, goals that help take care of Memphis.
