It’s always beneficial in life to stop occasionally and reflect on why you do what you do.
At City Leadership, we run 5 remarkable campaigns, but what’s the reason behind them? We undertake all these efforts because we envision a growing, improving, and more loving Memphis. That is the answer to our “WHY.” We believe the way to achieve this is through fostering leadership in every sector of our community. City Leadership exists to recruit, develop, and catalyze other leaders to maximize the impact of the good work already happening because we love Memphis and want to thrive.
What Do We Need?
Memphis needs more leaders. We need strong leaders to champion important causes and make positive change. Strong leaders will help Memphis progress as a city in the years to come. Strong leaders will take initiative to help solve the complex problems in our city - economic downturns, crime and safety issues, poverty, educational disparities, and so much more. That’s why City Leadership is dedicated to growing leaders who can influence many of the areas of need in our city. The more leaders we have, the more progress we will see.
