That’s why a Happy Hour at Central Station was the perfect place for the Choose901 Alumni Party last week—it was the perfect setting for what matters most: connection.

When our alumni gather with Memphis professionals, it’s more than a fun night out. It’s a chance to meet the right people and to take another step toward the future we’ve been building—together.

Because we’ve been investing in these incredible young leaders for years. They’re not just the future of Memphis. They’re our future. And gatherings like this help make sure they see that—and feel it.

You could apply for a job with a click, connect on LinkedIn, or send a DM. And yeah—the digital world is vast, empowering, and often inspiring. But in all that scrolling and swiping, it’s easy to forget the most powerful connections happen the old-school way: in person.

Face to face. 

That’s what this Happy Hour was all about. Real people. Real conversations. Real connection.

Because while Memphis may be smaller than some cities, that’s our superpower.
Our size + our people = a one-two combo that makes this community not only possible—but powerful.
